Every single time they treat me as if I’m their most important customer. Although I’m sure they do the same for everyone, it means a lot to me. They are fair, never “fixing” something that doesn’t need it, and do their work well. I highly recommend them to all my friends.

I needed my oil changed while in Augusta for Thanksgiving. atc Auto Center was amazing - reasonable price, professional and friendly staff, and the waiting area was incredibly clean, did not have an auto center smell, and fast, reliable wifi. I spoke to one of the owners afterwards and he went over what would be recommended coming up since I just hit 100,000 miles. He never tried to sell me on anything, telling me even the little things that needed to be done could certainly wait a few thousand miles until I was back in NJ. They also were able to do a quick fix on a bumper issue I was having. Service was incredible, and would make this my regular shop if I was in the Augusta area.
These guys are great! They always go above and beyond when it comes to caring for your car, but do this at a fair price. You will have all the information you need to feel confident in any repair they do-and they make sure to let you know of any necessary work and what it could cost without pressuring you to do more than requested. Just the nature of this repair was expensive, but Cody worked with me to determine exactly what I needed, and gave me plenty of options to fit my budget without trying to up-sell me on things that a typical shop would try to slide in.
The technician Dwight ensured the repair was corrected and I was 100% satisfied by taking his personal time to walk me back into the shop to educate me on what went wrong, how he corrected it, and recommended things I should keep an eye on for future repairs and maintenance.

I took my 08 Tundra to ATC for a significant timing chain repair that a Toyota dealership overlooked, and I was taken care of every step of the way!
After getting some new tires and discovering abnormal wear on my old tires, decided to give ATC a call for an inquiry on alignment services. I spoke with Brian and right away he was able to book me for the same day. Expectations were set on the process and wait time (1 hour approx.) and from the moment I got there, Brian greeted me, and explained the process - it didn't even feel like a long wait. The waiting area was comfortable and cozy with bottled water and a TV. When my car was ready, they were able to explain what they discovered after inspecting and test driving and what was corrected. Really satisfied with the service provided and the car drives a whole lot smoother. Much appreciated!
