We found a sectional that we wanted and purchased it last weekend. The sales rep said that that particular sectional did come with rocking, and reclining, chairs. When it was delivered, this was not the case. This piece of furniture, in fact, does not come the way that the sales rep told us. Little was done to make this right. Never again will I purchase from this location.
Very unhappy with this location no one is one the same page. Was told 12 months no interest when buying to discover every bit of interest on bill. Does nothing to satisfy customer won't be going back.
Alisha was very helpful. She helped me carry a 60 inch flat screen television and load it. I would highly recommend her. Good personality and customer service.
