This facility is busy but the wait was far shorter than my physicians office. The staff was pleasant and professional. I obtained everything that I needed quickly. I would highly recommend the Columbia County Health Department.
Went a few weeks ago and was in and out very fast. Didn't have to wait long and the three ladies I talked to were nice and helpful. I was 15 min late (didn't know it was in grovetown) but they still seen me thankfully!
Had an appointment at NOON! It took an hour to get called back for two seconds only to be told we had to wait again for the actual appointment. The receptionist was very rude too! Still waiting over an hour and a half and haven't been seen. This is the worst place ever! When we called they acted like we should have expected a wait time of hours and that we were the rude one. So don't bother calling the higher ups because they do the same thing.

This was the worst experience. I waited over an hour and a half. Told the people at least five or six times why I was there. Finally, got called back and was told they could not administer the care my granddaughter needed because we did not have shot records. My grandkids are here for the summer, she stepped on a piece of glass. AN ACCIDENT!!!!!! They do not have a doctor here. I took her to Prompt Care and was treated very well and was given EXCELLENT care.
