Idk who she is that works there but she's extremely snappy and rude. I'm not one to cause a problem but I just took my business elsewhere.
Very poor customer relations. The only reason I rented a storage unit from this place was because this was the only Penske truck rental place that I could find close to me. Even from the beginning the customer relations was poor. I believe it was the owners daughter and she's talk to me like she absolutely hated the job with passion. In my past experiences with stores units the employees were eager to let me know special pricing or any other options available for the storage units. Renting the storage unit out of convenience turn out to be a poor experience for me at this place. Then when I cleared out the storage unit I went into the office to let them know that I clear that out. There was a lady in front of me in line. I didn't mind waiting but the lady in front of me insisted that the owner take care of me first while she was filling out a paper work. The response from the owner was well I'm in the middle of something,. Then she stopped, looked at me, and reluctantly asked me what I needed. First of all if you can't multi-task, then you could let the customer know that it will be a few minutes before she gets to me I would not have minded that at all. Then when I told her that I would like to vacate my storage unit she told me that she couldn't find a vacate notice for me to fill out. Then she asked for the lock and the keys which you have to return in order to get the deposit back. I brought them back from my car give it to her and expected a receipt of what I will be getting back in deposits and prorated amount for the month. I asked for an email receipt, but she told me that she did not have the capability of doing so at the moment. Then I asked for some type of receipt so I can have a proof that I cleared on this day and so that I know I'm getting my prorated back with the deposit for the keys and lock. The owner's excuse was that her system was down and she cannot do that right now. After that she looked at me like I had you know what coming out of my forehead. I no longer wanted to deal with this woman and her terrible customer services. If nothing I expected a good customer service out of storage unit experience. It is sad that they are not taking the customer service portions seriously. It's a poor way to run a business especially something that requires a good customer relationship. If I had a choice in the future, I will not come back to this storage unit. I do not recommend it to anyone solely based on the attitude of the employer/employees.
I will NEVER use this storage unit again. The customer service SUCKS and the lady in the office basically called me a lair after she told me the truck rentals had to be back by 6:30. That was the only reason I chose their storage unit!
This place was awesome and the owner/ manager was very kind to us and our rabbit group.
Very clean units, but they have raised prices again for the third time in two years. They have not provided any other amnesties to justify an increase in price.
