Robert was great. My hot water heater went out late at night and he responded immediately. He came the next day within an hour of me requesting his services and immediately identified the issue and fixed it. He was professional, kind, and explained everything. I saved his number and will use him for every issue we have.
Our hot water tank died.
Not only were we up and running before high noon, he had already been out to the house before 0830, taken measurements and we got the upgrade we wanted for less than we were anticipating it would cost.
Rob was awesome!! This was the second time I've used his services and he has proved to me he is consistent. We had a problem with our water heater and Rob explained all the possible causes before he even got started. He also prepared me for the possibility of replacement, but first he would try to repair it if possible. As it turned out we got lucky, because while he was working on inspecting the parts he found a worn out broken part that he replaced and we had our hot water heater back to work. I also appreciated him giving me a heads up on the remaining lifespan of the water heater, so it wont come as such a sticker shock when we end up having to replace it in the next few years. Don't call him - I want him available when I need him again :)
