Missing packages/Incompetent Mail Carriers and Office
She took down all the info I had regarding last 4 of card used, day of purchase and amount spent. She said she'd call me in a few hours. Within 20 mins Ms Darla was able to track down my receipt. What an amazing experience. Thank you Grovetown Post Office.
This is the third packaged to say delivered in/at my mailbox in the subdivision where I live, and I have gone to check my mailbox and it's empty. This box today, is already two days late and is perishable. The last box, they put it in one of the larger holding boxes and never gave me a key, so I couldn't get into it for four days until I left a note asking for it! The last box was missing until one day it just showed up. I also placed a mail hold for two weeks and ALL of my mail was delivered. NONE of it was put on hold. I don't understand why this Post Office, let alone the carrier that services my subdivision are so completely unable to do their jobs. I've sent inquiries and made phone calls, and no one seems to care. It is sad that customer service has gone down the drain so badly these days. Mail used to be exciting and fun. Now it's just a pain in the rump.
I have shipped at this location multiple times and have always had a good experience. But today tops the cake. I had misplaced my receipt with tracking number from about a month ago. I went into the office and spoke with the Supervisor Ms Darla (who's just amazing).
They have lost 3 of my packages and delivered my package to the wrong address and tell me there's nothing they can do worst post office ever
Editing this because the same thing (thrown packages and just not recieving packages or delivery notification) has happened again so this is a reoccurring theme. I now have all my mail delivered on post and go pick it up myself. This USPS is useless.
I would give them 0 stars. I am very frustrated and helpless, they keep delivering my packages to the wrong address. just today I lost an other package the status says delivered but I don't have it, they probably left it by the neighbor's door. I am very unhappy with their service I can't say enough
Received message that mail was delivered but it wasn't. Luckily neighbors down the street had it and returned to me the next day. Just watched my carrier toss my package up the steps. I build computers so it was really delicate parts. Also received another message that a delivery attempt was made even though i have been receiving parts all day for different components and this is the one package they didn't leave and i have no notification of delivery. I can only assume that they did not come by.
