Brandon handled my daughter's wedding. I know nothing about flowers and we used Brooks Haven on recommendation. Brandon was AWESOME. Everything was above and beyond what we could have dreamed of and their customer service was great. Could not ask for anything more. (And I do not usually write recommendations!)
I called ahead the day that I needed an arrangement. I asked if they could whip a little something up for my friend because her dad passed away. Told them I would be in later in the afternoon and as soon as I walked in my arrangement was ready and I was good to go. The flowers were beautiful, the perfect colors, and smelled amazing. Thank you so much!!
Ordered Valentine's Day flowers with same-day delivery, but did not get them. They offered to deliver them the day after. The first deadline was 5 pm; they missed that. The second deadline was 8:15. As of 8:45, the flowers had not even left the florist. Needless to say, I will never use them again.
