The flowers were never delivered and I need my money back and I will never use this florist again, I am from the state of Washington. This was for Valentine's Day also and what a disappointment for me.

The arrangement was pretty. But, some of the flowers looked to be in horrible shape. This was the one, and only, time we will be using this florist.
Outstanding service! I called Rose Petal Florist from overseas to order something special for my sweetheart on her birthday. Junie talked me through several options and understood exactly what I desired. He delivered the birthday gift to the barracks door right on time. The roses were beautiful and lasted over a week, as well as the balloons. Excellent quality!
I called at noon to get a bouquet of roses delivered that same day and they exceeded my expectations by delivering them that afternoon! The gentleman who answered was very helpful as well.
