Good place to stay on a long road trip. Standard Best Western room and breakfast.
The rooms are comfortable enough, breakfast it's served hot and is worth eating. Staff is nice and respects my belongings. The TV is hard to operate but otherwise a good stay.
The staff was so accommodating! Had to make a last minute reservation as my husband had eye surgery close by. The young lady did everything by phone so when i got there room was ready!!! Thanks so much
Hotel was being renovated in the lobby area but staff was very nice. Complimentary breakfast was great! Waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, pastries, etc. Pool area very clean and tidy. Rooms were clean and well accommodated. Good water pressure in the showers. 5 out of 5! Would stay again!
The hotel at Augusta west was clean and tidy. The front desk staff, Teresa used incredibly strong customer service skills. She was helpful and went out of her way to make sure everyone was cared for. She was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely stay there again.
