While they were somewhat accommodating to our situation (we were evacuating Florida with pets due to Hurricane Irma), the room was absolutely terrible. There was various and numerous stains on the beds and floor, we found trash and food left on the ground when we first walked in, and the bathroom towels were already damp. The hotel did offer free breakfast, but it was very minimal.
FROM THIS DAY FORWARD I WILL ALWAYS READ REVIEWS FIRST. OMG only thing worse would be a landfill. The carpets in the hallways are covered with stains like beer being split or worse. The carpet in the room is so nasty I wouldn't even walk in my socks. Visible mildew in the walls of the bathroom. Smelled like filth and old cigar smoke. Microwave nasty. Chairs in the room had stains in them like someone had wet their pants in them. I have a car and I'll sleep there tonight.
TERRIBLE**READ ENTIRE REVIEW**Rude, Socially inept Staff. Overcharged us and the hotel manager REAKED OF ALCOHOL and was rude as well. Rooms smell heavily of cigarette smoke, Bugs everywhere to include ants and dead, scary looking, flying critters. beds uncomfortable and started itching not long after getting under the covers. TV remote was greasy. Lights in room not working. AC DID NOT WORK AND ROOM WAS HOT. breakfast is very minimal. Pool is tiny and kinda green.The only positive thing I can say is that there is an abundance of parking as many people probably choose not to stay at this location. DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY THROUGH THIS. I Will not stay again and highly advise anyone to stay away from this place. STAY AT one of the many other hotels in the immediate area.
