We waited forever for a call in order....poor management allowing his workers to be unproductive talking and doing nothing...while we waited 15 mins at the drive thru window for our food.
5 stars of you understand it's papa johns. No, no papa johns place has, in my opinion, the best pizza around. But, delivery or carry out, the pizza is always standard papa johns pizza and made fast. I had a minor order problem one time and they replaced it at no additional charge - no problem. And whenever i did carry out, staff always super friendly.
I ordered online, I forgot to get a drink so I called to see if they could add it to my order. I am still on the phone waiting and it’s been over 15 minutes. I think From now own we will stick to Dominos or Pizza hut because this is ridiculous.
The entire staff needs a customer service refresher, and the "cashier" needs to learn how to count money. Pizza is always terrible-- lacking either cheese or sauce-- and the people fulfilling my orders don't make it any better. Never coming here again.
