This will definitely be the last time I order from this location, and probably from Pizza Hut in general. Consistently takes 2+ hours to receive a delivery. If I'm going to wait that long for a pizza, it should be made from scratch come with a bottle of red wine.
They stand at the counter and do not acknowledge you when you come in the door. What ever happened to "Welcome to Pizza Hut!"?
I just ordered pizza to be delivered. I ordered at 9:20 pm. It is 11:08 pm, and my pizza has yet to arrive. This location is now closed. What?? Edit: It is now 12:10 AM! The pizza never arrived. No one called to inform me of any issues. The call center is closed, so I have exactly 0 ways of contacting them. This is not acceptable.
we had a delivery & they got our order wrong, we called & they hung up 4 times on us. Wouldn’t bring our right order until an hour and 3 calls later, we still didn’t get the new order. When we called back she said “My driver came up to the door.” We have 2 dogs and were right next to the door in living room, no one came by and the dogs didn’t bark. Wouldn’t bring it by again, told us to shut up & take our credit for the messed up food then hung up again.
Pizza tasted good.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This store sucks! Customer Service is non existent. They cancel deliveries without even calling to inform you that they cancelled. Everyone who works there is rude & incompetent. Even the delivery drivers disrespect you at your front door. When you call & ask about your order are a mistake that they have made they hang up on you! Save yourself the time... Dominoes in Grovetown has good, fresh food! Awesome customer service & quick delivery! This Pizza Hut deserves a 0.
