Kid's meal was dry from seating under the warmer, piping hot plate was sat in front of a toddler, food took a very long time to come out, wasn't cooked as ordered, poor waitress interaction. Overall a terrible experience. We tried to give Applebee's another chance after the past several bad experiences, but I think we're done being disappointed.
Our experience was excellent! We had a very large party, after a funeral and the staff made our dining experience wonderful. Our servers were Juliet and Lauren. Ticket times were great, the quality of the food was perfect and the manager, Rene came out and touched tables to make sure everything was right. He was very professional, and the servers were kind, friendly, and timely. Highly recommended!
Chicken was raw in the middle. They did take it off the bill, which was good. But then the regular food took FOREVER, seemingly without reason. They weren't busy. They had people just standing around. When the food finally arrived, it was bad. I'll never return.

Monday Night Football, not even 10pm. Staff has set off the emergency exit alarm multiple times. They have pulled all the stools out from the bar and breaking down the place. Bathrooms are dirty as hell. There is plenty of stuff to have the staff clean but they are trying to clear out the restaurant so they can close early. That's this friendly neighborhood restaurant.
