My experience was horrible. We asked for two diet Pepsi sodas and one tea, and they gave us three sodas. We said multiple times that we wanted spicy chicken, and we still got regular chicken. One of those combo meals was supposed to have coleslaw, and instead of messing up by accidentally giving us fries, they put nothing in there instead. I've never had an order messed up this terribly. I will probably never eat at this location again.
They need to close this store down, I’m surprised it is still open. Service is slow, you wait forever, at least the food should be hot!...it never is! Food doesn’t taste like a normal Bojangles ever since it opened and young workers in there playing around. Wish they would close and put something worthy of grovetown there!
Fast service and clean also prices are good
Great food, amazing employees!! I eat here frequently and they have great customer service. It's like one huge family which is hard to find.
French Fries are always hard and the sweet tea never tastes fresh. Only one in Grovetown so you are kinda stuck with options.
